SHIPPING & CORONAVIRUS EFFECT UPDATE 


In light of the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, our hearts and prayers go out to all of those who have been affected. 

Due to the impact of the COVID-19, some areas are into a "lockdown". Our shipping times are slower than usual shipping times. Recently the order processing time is 4-8 days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location(Update on July 2020)

Currently offering Free Standard Shipping to the USA in light of the delays.

For US citizens and Canada, your order will take between 25 to 40 days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched.

For Europe , to UK Germany France Netherlands 20-30 days, others will take 30-40 days in Europe.

For Australia, your order will take between 20 to 30 days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched.

For HK, JP, KR  your order will take between 15 to 25 days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched.

You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 5 to 7  business days of ordering.

No, not all orders accept shipment tracking. However, the majority of orders do come with tracking.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
